The Electric Mattress Pad of Our Dreams!
Over the past decades, we’ve purchased several electric mattress pads, and have always wished we could turn it on without having to walk all the way to the bedroom (yeah, we’re lazy).When I saw this one, I bought it immediately! The price was good and I couldn’t resist!The quality is good and it fits our California king, pillow top mattress like a glove.It was easy to pair with Alexa and when I got to say, “Alexa, set mattress pad to 8” for the first time, I was so happy!We turn it on about 20 minutes before we go to bed, so when we go to bed, it’s nice and toasty, but then we turn it off (we like a cooler bed when we sleep).I can’t recommend this mattress pad enough! We love it!

So far I love this heated mattress pad! I have had at least 10 different brands in my lifetime and so far I love this one. There is only one hand controller that comes off the left side of the bed as you are looking at it. You can set the temperature and timer for each side.You can set it up with wi-fi and control it by voice commands through Alexa which is such a nice feature.One of the best features of this bed warmer is that the plug is at the side of the bed not the foot of the bed. I hate it when your feet hit the plug at the foot of the bed in other brands. So far I would highly recommend this heated mattress pad!

Great features – we love it!
We had been looking for a replacement for our failing heated mattress pad, but wanted one we could either control remotely or program to come on automatically, so we chose the Bwarm. We love it! We program it to come on every night at a certain time to prewarm the bed – and it does so consistently – even after power failures. It is a bit warmer than our old pad as well. We also like that the connections between the controller and the pad are at the head of the bed instead of the foot, as the cords on our old one often got pulled when making the bed and caused some of the failure issues. The model we have only has one controller on one side of the bed that controls both sides. That is fine with us, as we do not constantly adjust individual settings. If you have that need, be sure to get a model with 2 controllers.

Stupid user interface
I was really looking forward to this and expected to love it. Unfortunately it did not pan out that way at all.The heater comes with a single controller which needs to be between the two partners, sitting on the mattress. Among other issues, it means that one partner could change the temperature for the other one by mistake. That is a completely useless and stupid setup and I returned it within a day.
