A great and truly portable topper.
This portable works well on the hotel beds when I go to out of town medical appointments as well as on other trips. With its cotton top, it feels a bit cooler than the one that I use at home. Chilipad knock-off
The thermostat seems to be of by 10 degrees. Other than that, the product is extremely similar to the Chilipad, but at a much reduced price.

Great concept, needs tweaking!!!
Works, but the LED screen kept wigging out. Sometimes it would work, sometimes it would flash, sometimes it wouldn’t work at all. The pump always seemed to work, but no idea what temperature it was at.

Good to know for new users:- Fill the unit up while running and make sure full- make sure the tubes connected to the blanket are not blocked- if it’s not running as expected, you don’t have enough water in it or hose is blocked

Warm, sticky nights a thing of the past!
I’ve never slept better during the heat of summer! I sleep warm and I had resigned myself to just suffering through summer nights warm, sweaty and mostly awake. This thing is a game changer.I debated about whether to give only four stars based on the fact that the pad is not the most comfortable thing pressed up against your skin (even separated by a sheet), but the good it has brought my life clearly outweighs that nitpick. Maybe get a thin, foam pad to lay over this thing, if a soft mattress feeling is important to you.

Comparable to more expensive brands
This is the second water-cooling bed system I’ve purchased; the other one was from the more well-known brand that is also a LOT more expensive. So far, they are comparable. Only two issues with this one (1) I can’t figure out how to switch the temperature display from celsius to fahrenheit (maybe it’s not possible?) so I have to ask Alexa for help with the conversation to set the desired temp correctly and (2) it absolutely requires placement UNDERNEATH a decent thickness mattress protector so that you do not feel the water tubes in the pad as you lie atop it.
