Does it work with my existing bathtub/tub or do I need a special tub?

It works with both dedicated ice bath tubs and standard household/inflatable bathtubs. If your tub has 1/2″NPT internal threads, you may use the waterpipe adapter (included in the package) to establish the connection.

Can it maintain temperature automatically, or do I need to monitor it?

Simply set your desired water temperature, and the unit will automatically maintain it at that level for maximum convenience.

How often should the water be changed?​

It is recommended to change the water every 2-4 weeks (with the disinfection function activated). Adjust the frequency flexibly based on usage frequency and by observing the color of the filter.
