Great product
I love this mattress pad. I couldn’t get through the MN winters without it. It works well in heating up fairly quickly and is so cozy. I feel that this keeps me much warmer than an electric blanket. It comes with two controllers. One for each side of the bed. On each controller you can set the heat level and the duration of time you want to have it on.

Heated mattress pads are a game changer
Got this after my inherited sleep8 pod system sprung a leak. This is much better, given that I don’t need cooling.Its just me on the bed. I like that it has a single control. I don’t like that I couldn’t find a quality heated mattress pad that WASN’T two sections.Much better also than a heated blanket (which I first tried), which are almost all thick polyester/non-natural fiber. Much better to have as a mattress pad, have heat coming from below you, and keep your blankets natural fibers/ breathable.

Great product, easy to use with no anxiety.Bought for my parent who is on blood thinners and always cold. I bought the FULL size because I only wanted one zone to have to control for the whole bed and not the 2 zones in the queen and king sized. This fit on a QUEEN mattress! Just fits and covers the sleeping area with one zone. Parent loves it and sleeping much better through the night. Also with auto shut off and multiple options for hours on before auto shut off there has been no safety anxiety.

Heated Mattress Pad runs very hot
I love that the mattress pad heats up quickly and am OK with only 1 control pad as my husband never uses his side. I had no issue with setup and there was no smell from the pad. What I don’t like is the loud clicking noise from selecting the heat and time settings, and that you have to go from 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,off,1 to select a new option. I could only use heat at setting 1 and even then I needed to turn it off because it was still too warm to fall asleep. My prior mattress pad used to be set at 5 for the whole night. I will be returning it.

Not as good as the old one I’ve had for over 15 years that I was trying to replace.
I purchased this and found that it did not prewarm my bed before getting into it. The heat comes out very patchy from the coils when laying on it, the weight of the body seems to activate the coils. There is 10 1/2 inches at the bottom of the pad that does not even have coils at all, so my feet were left cold all night. Very disappointing! I’m grateful Amazon accepted my return.

A persistent and minor inconvenient quirk in the control but works satisfactorily overall.
Gets much warmer than brands I have used before. However, it takes a few minutes of practice to learn the effective use of the control. Additionally, the control will sometimes default to an “Error” mode upon startup and cease to operate when there is no Error. I have found that disconnecting and reconnecting the power solves the problem. It’s a minor inconvenience and occurs about 3 out of 10 times the product is used. The actual warming ability of the product outweighs this inconvenience and performance of the others I have tried. So, I did not return it and would otherwise awarded 5 stars.

I have a king size heated blanket that I use during the cold winter months, but the problem is that the heating elements are only in the middle third of the blanket.The blanket itself doesn’t actually fit a king size bed, and it’s not the first one I’ve tried that has that problem. It appears that they make them just shy of a full king bed, but even at that the outer 2 thirds of the blanket doesn’t get warm.The Sealy Heated King Pad solves that problem by giving edge, to edge to edge to edge coverage. Not only that, but the bed can be split in half so that you and your partner can choose the best option for each of you.The blanket cord and the power cord should be long enough to suit just about every application, though I’m sure a power cord could be used if for some reason you’re short?We’ve opted to run the control cord up from the middle foot part of the bed to the upper middle part of the bed, so that each of us has access to the control module in the middle of the night.The control module is easy to use, but I find it to be rather cheaply put together.I don’t know if they are all designed the same way or not, but out control module rattles like crazy every time you try to push the buttons. It’s as if they are about to fall our of the controller………but they haven’t.We are just starting to get some cooler nights so we’ve not had the chance to run the blanket on anything higher but heat setting two, for fear that we will drown in our own sweat at night. LOL…..Speaking of being overly hot…….I very much like that not only do you have individual controls for both sides of the bed for heat, but you can also select how long (up to 9 hours) that you want your blanket to stay on for.I just need the blanket for the first few minutes when I crawl into bed, so setting it for an hour works great for me.My wife likes to have her half on for most of the night, so she sets it for 4 hours.We are both very happy with this heating pad, and will likely get one for a spare room queen bed.
