Definitely Higher Quality Than Most
I am a fan of mushroom supplements and have tried out a few different brands over time. I usually find that they’re a) overpriced or b) ineffective. The latter is especially the case with offerings around the same price range as these: you usually find they aren’t even noticeable and if you look closer into the details of them, the blend of mushrooms is dubious at best. I am happy to report that these manage to be decent-quality supplements without being insanely expensive.Here’s how I can tell: 1) You may feel a little queasy about 20 to 30 mins after taking them. I highly recommend a decent breakfast and a tums chewable before taking these. This is not a bad sign that the supplement isn’t agreeing with you: it’s just a fact of life that if you get a decent dose of medicinal mushrooms (same with herbs, too) that they are indeed medicine-like, and may hit your stomach hard. That being said, I have not thrown up or felt incredibly sick from them; I just got a few queasy burps as they started to kick in, and this goes away with time as you start getting used to them. 2) You CAN feel it. Getting a decent dose of beneficial mushrooms feels a lot like a *really* good double shot of espresso without the sweat and jitters. It helps remove morning brain fog, makes you feel more alert, and makes focusing on a given task much easier. No, it is not ADHD medication nor would I ever compare it to a stimulant. It is a lot more accurate to say that it removes fogginess and sluggishness than it is to say that it provides you with any energy. This is still a noticeable improvement for me, where I still feel like my sober self but can see throughout the day that I’m getting more done and am in a better mood when doing so. I’ve taken a lot of mushroom supplements that don’t provide this as they don’t do much of anything, mostly on account of them being a very cheap blend of mushrooms. But these you definitely feel, and that bodes very well for its quality.I plan on buying these again in the future. They’re a great price for their quality and I cannot say the same about other brands I have tried.

Works well paired with NAD+
No cons. These literally help me think. I take this and 100 mg of NAD+ on a daily basis and it has been so beneficial. I am older and as we age, our cognitive ability declines. I also have had a brain injury. These make a huge difference than with just the NAD+ alone. I feel like they are better together. I took off a star only because it does not work as well alone.

Life-changing: More energy, eliminates brain fog and supports health+wellbeing!
I purchased this a few weeks ago. Upon taking the first pill, I was able to finish tasks I’d been putting off for weeks and worked 4-5 hours straight (which is a big deal for me since I can barely work an hour a day at a stretch sadly). Experienced mental focus and clarity and high energy that lasted about 8 hours, and even afterwards there wasn’t a crash just a less intense level of energy. I did notice a mild headache the first time I took the pill, that became more severe by the end of the day. However, the next few times taking this pill till now have been the same ~ more energy, no brain fog, and mental clarity and sometimes a very very mild headache (think of it like a headache you get when you focus too hard at something). I will say I do still get distracted here and there but significantly less so than when I don’t take the pill.Overall, I would recommend this to anyone struggling with energy and brain-fog. Life-changing.
