I was not sure about ordering this product because I do not like to take so many herbals and did not expect much of a benefit, but I am so positively surprised with how well I feel. I don’t recognize myself when I stay so calm in situations that usually stress me out so much. I started to feel better by the second day (after taking 4 capsules). I hope it will last!

Ignore the review that claims it did nothing.’Himalaya’ is a phenomenal Ayurvedic company,Dependent on the person; some of the time; their herbs may take several weeks to notice a difference.I typically notice an immediate impact, although it varies according to your body chemistry, & whether you’re taking ‘Western Big Pharma’ drugs < which you should take yourself off of.I've had an immediate incredible outcome from each herb when buying this brand.Highly recommend.

Pleasantly surprised
I was skeptical that this would do anything. After day 2 or 3 I definitely noticed a difference in both my sleep and my physical reaction to stress triggers (kid/husband/job). I feel a lot calmer during the day. There are still times where my anxiety or stress peaks really ugh and I feel that physical response but that is very rare now. I am on my 2nd month taking this and highly recommend. Do your own homework/discuss with your Dr if this is right for you.
