Perfect for our split king adjustable bed
I first bought one of these for my wife’s side of our split king adjustable bed, and it worked so well that I immediately ordered a second one for my side. What makes this better than a regular heated blanket or heating pad is that it evenly warms the entire side of the bed, so there is no fighting with a blanket to keep the heat in the right place.​The heat settings are easy to adjust, and the timer feature is a big plus, letting you preheat it before getting into bed or set it to turn off after you fall asleep. It has made our bed much more comfortable on cold nights, and now both sides stay cozy without any hassle.​Overall, this warmer is a fantastic addition for anyone with a split king adjustable bed who wants full-side warmth and simple controls.

Be aware of poor engineering/design with this item
I’ve had this mattress warmer for over a year now in Cal king size. To say I’m very dissatisfied with it would be putting it mildly. Since I ordered it on summer it was quite a while since I used it. Here’s why I gave it one star.1. It has a satin type cover on it. Lovely to touch but, the sheets slide over it the moment you move during the night making the bottom sheet pull every which way. I did sort of fix the problem by putting the back side on the top. Not ideal but it helps.2. In the Cal king size there are 2 separate heating zones. That leaves about a 20” gap between the 2 zones. Not ideal when you are a couple who sleeps together in the middle. We wound up sleeping on a cold bed instead of a nicely warmed one.3. In addition on one side there is only heat on the very outer edge. So no warming anywhere toward the middle.4. The plugs on the bottom are actually situated on top of the bed instead of on the side like other brands. That meant they are located right where my husband has his feet. Very uncomfortable. So we had to put the bottom at the top of the bed under our pillows. Fortunately the pillows help to cushion the lumps.All in all we are very unhappy with our purchase. I regret that the warmer on our guest bed did not come in Cal king size. It’s a different brand and works perfectly. No cold spaces in the regular king size and certainly not a slippery surface.I would have returned it but their window for returns was only 90 days and cold weather had not started until after. It never dawned on me that a brand like this would be so problematic. Just be aware and make sure you try it immediately in case they still have the same problems.

This heated mattress pad actually works!
We have tried heated mattress pads from unstated Brands – but they have not lasted more than two nights. The digital controller would always quit.This Beauty Rest mattress pad was listed as an updated model with no reviews, so we decided we’d take a chance on it. As the guinea pig, I will say that it has worked as stated. I think the key has been a non- digital controller.

Be careful you know what you’re buying. Super hot and doesn’t breathe when turned OFF. You must remove it when not in use or you will roast.

I agree with others that the pad is slippery – an odd feeling through the top sheet. Heats around the edges and not in the middle or top. Still works for me, I preheat before bed & turn off when sleeping. Keeps my feet warm and takes the chill off the bed.
