Inexpensive smart ring
I looked into a lot of smart rings and found this youth whisper for a reasonable price. I even received a discount on it.Smart rings are still pretty new and it’s hard to find more reviews and I went for the reviews on here.I’m in my fifties and need something like this to track extra stuff that isn’t on my Apple Watch.I’ll add updates if needed. I do like the fact that there’s an option on paying for a subscription if needed and that it’s not an expensive ring. It would be nice if it would sync in fit in with the Fitness app and it doesn’t even if it has the notches to click (it does no difference). With the activities I do, I do need to charge it on a daily bases.

Great ring but…..
I really like this ring. Easy to set up and keep track of all you are doing. The app is very easy to navigate. My only concern is the very small “instructions” that come with it say not to get the components wet. So I ha e to take it off every time I go to the bathroom, or wash my hands, or do dishes, or take a shower, etc. I do not want to risk shorting it out and being told “the manual says not to get it wet.

Pretty good dupe of the Aura
I ordered the Youth Whisper health tracking ring for myself to help me track my sleeping habits and steps throughout the day. When deciding what size to order I followed the chart the seller has on the product page. I measured my finger and their chart said I was a size 10….I thought I was a ring size 7. So I ordered a 10, boy was that a mistake! I should’ve listened to my instinct and went with a size 8(which is the smallest size this company offers). That being said…the ring sizes are STANDARD RING SIZES, so order accordingly.Since the ring did not fit me I asked a friend to download the app and test it for my Amazon review.The size 10 fit him perfectly. The ring is super light, almost weightless. You forget that you are even wearing it. The ring comes with a charging cord that magnetic snaps into the inside of the ring to charge. Charging speed is that of your typical smart device. A single charge lasts for approx 4-5 days depending on how active you are.Downloading the app was easy if you use the QR code on the box. The app is no fuss, simple interface, nothing extra to subscribe to, just gives you your heart rate, pulse, blood oxygen, steps per day, sleep monitoring and a few other trackers. All of these functions can integrate with the health app on your smart phone to give you a broader sense of your personalized health.As for looks, it looks like a basic wedding band or plain ring, nothing fancy. It seems to be holding up with my daily activities, including going to the gym. I remove the ring while showering, but that is just a preference. So far, I like the idea of a smart ring, I enjoy seeing my health monitored in real time. This would be a great thing for senior citizens living on their own, especially if you suffer from health complications.

Look, if we are being completely honest, the main reason to get a smart ring is to escape the tyranny of the smartwatch screen. I was tired of my wrist constantly buzzing with notifications, but I still wanted to know if my sleep was trash and how my resting heart rate was trending. In that regard, a smart ring is a massive win. It actually looks like a sleek piece of jewelry rather than a mini computer strapped to your arm, and the sleep data is incredibly accurate because the sensors sit right against the blood vessels in your finger. Plus, you only have to charge the thing about once a week, which completely cures the daily charging anxiety you get with standard wearables. For me, the size 11 ended up being the absolute perfect fit, staying comfortable through the daily finger-swelling roller coaster without feeling too restrictive or spinning around loose. It is easy to use.However, it is definitely not a perfect device, and there are a few things that usually get annoying fast. It can be a pain if you do any kind of heavy lifting or rough yard work because metal-on-metal scraping scratches the finish instantly. That said, the actual durability of the exterior coating has been a pleasant surprise. Despite constantly washing my hands with soap, washing dishes, and just living life, the color is holding up beautifully with absolutely zero discoloration or tarnishing. When you factor in how well the finish holds up alongside the accurate tracking, it stands out as a genuinely good deal for the price. If you need a screen to track real-time workouts, stick to a watch, but if you just want subtle, passive health tracking that doesn’t break the bank and can handle daily soap and water, it is absolutely worth making the switch.

I have been looking for a good quality smart ring to keep track of my sleep. The quality of this ring is really good, it looks like the high end ones I have seen but without the huge price tag. The functions of the ring allow me to keep track of my health on a daily basis. It was easy to pair and set up to the app via bluetooth. The app is easy to navigate and understand. It keeps track of your sleep, heart rate, steps, and reminds you to move after being sedentary for a period of time. The charges is magnetic and holds the ring in place while charging. It can las for about a day and a half on a full charge which is not as long as described. The ring fit well just make sure you size it correctly to ensure a proper fit. I was pleasantly surprised and the best part is that if it gets damaged I didn’t spend a ton of money and cant just get another one. Good quality and value.
