Great Quality & Perfect Size
I purchased this for myself because I want to improve my overall health and workout performance. Everything worked perfect, setup was easy and I didn’t have issues. I’m 5’8 and 135lbs and there is plenty of room in the ice bath. I can move around and it would easily fit my son who’s 6′ and 190lbs but he’s too chicken to try it. I have it sitting outside on my covered porch. I keep it covered and use it 3-4 times a week. With it being winter, I don’t have to use ice but the water temp is perfectly cold! I’ve changed the water and the drain works well and it drains fairly quick too. I definitely recommend this ice bath – great quality and value for the price!

It is very portable
The only reason why I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because initially it came with no instructions. That was ok because it was easy to figure out how to put it together. I was able to put it in my bathroom because of the size but I am not going to lie, as a 5’8 female it was kinda cozy in there. I could sit in the tub, but that was it. For me, getting out was ok but I can only imagine a shorter person. It would be more difficult. The product lasted a good month and then it got a hole in it so I had to return. It is very portable. I was going to use it for a long term purpose, but it did not last. I am guessing if you are going to use it short term it would be great.

This ice bath is sizeable and has great room even for someone that is tall. I like that there’s a lid to keep debris and wildlife out. It gives a great first time water therapy experience . The quality is top tier for the price .Not only is it a perfect product to have at home it is also compact , portable , light weight and easy to set up. It provides a reliable, leak-proof, and safe cold therapy experience every time you freeze and speeds up recovery after an intense workout. This ice bath is portable, lightweight, and compact thus can easily be folded for travel. I would highly recommend this product for home cold therapy.

Great Value for an introduction to cold dips
This product is the perfect place to start if you are interested in trying cold dips/ ice baths. I purchased this to see how often I would actually do an ice bath, the plan was to then build one if I used it frequently. At this point this ice bath is so easy, works great I don’t think I need to build one. It’s inexpensive, quick to set up, quick to fill, and easy to use. I am 5’8” and I fit comfortably sitting down. Since I live in a warm climate I have frozen 2 L plastic bottles of water that I add to the tub about 15 min before I use, and then just put them back in the freezer for another use. In the winter and fall I fill and use 3-4 days before I drain and fill with new water.The covers keep out debris, and the spigot makes it easy to empty.Great value and purchase if you are wondering if ice baths are for you, or if you are wondering how often you would do it.
