Very durable, easy to set up and take down. It was huge! So much larger than I expected.Had an accident the first time I drained, I flooded my bathroom. But lesson learned!It does retain heat. I opted for warm instead of a cold plunge. Had to fill halfway up, ran out of hot water. Let the tank heat back up and finished filling. But it had a lid to retain the heat.

You can use this for a hot bath!
One of the other reviewers mistakenly states you can’t use this in a shower to take a hot bath. That’s because they didn’t realize instruction’s are in degrees Celsius not Fahrenheit. So the ideal temp range is 35.6 degrees Fahrenheit to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. The 50 degree limit they mention I believe is in Celsius as the ideal range in the instructions is clearly marked 2-40°C and I believe they are saying that 50°C would damage the tub (not to mention scald you) If you google how hot is too hot for a bath anything over 102 degrees Fahrenheit is considered too hot so it’s clear the 104 F degree upper limit is plenty hot enough. I am actually using this for contrast therapy as a cold plunge between rounds of Sauna. I’m replacing a 36’ diameter round one I’ve used for the last two years that because it was too wide for my shower pan I ended up using it outside and in winter having to bring inside and setting it up in the family room next to the sauna so it didn’t freeze solid and use a sump pump to drain once a week (total hassle and by then end of the week the water was dirty). My shower pan, because of the bench, actually measures 34″x44″ but the way the frame is built it worked out fine, on angle it just bulged a bit over the shower curb on the front corner. I really prefer this oval shape to round. I occasionally would get muscle cramps with how tightly bent my knees had to be to my chest in the round one. I’m 5’6.5″ tall and was able to straighten my legs completely sitting straight up. Since I can easily drain this after every use it was nice to wash using soap and wash my hair before I got out so I didn’t have to take a separate shower the way I used to after using my old round one. With my legs crossed yoga style I could float on my back to completely rinse my hair.Be careful when you put it together the metal pipes are a bit sharp, I recommend gloves. And also I recommend putting the bottom pipes in first so that you can twist the uprights easily into position when threading in the upper pipes. I put it together a couple of days before I used it to allow it to out gas, airing out the bathroom occasionally with the exhaust fan to blow out the mild pvc smell. And I washed it inside with mild Castile soap and rinsed it prior to using so I knew it was perfectly clean. I love it, I’m sure I will actually use it for hot baths on occasions as well as my home doesn’t have a bathtub. It does take awhile to fill and awhile to drain. I didn’t open up the valve fully to drain for fear of backing up the shower drain as the drain did end up covered completely by the bathtub. I especially like that this tub has both a side drainage valve and a bottom plug. No few inches of water left in the bottom necessitating having to lift the still heavy tub and turn it over to drain the rest like my old one when it was outside and I wasn’t using the sump pump to drain it. I recommend this product.

Son format de 150 cm est assez généreux mais pour une personne très grande (je fais 1m97), il faut s’attendre à ne pas pouvoir s’y allonger complètement. Rien de surprenant mais autant le préciser !Le design est solide, propre et inspire confiance. Une fois gonflée, elle reste bien stable et totalement étanche. Elle se plie ensuite pour un rangement plus facile même si elle garde quand même un certain volume, il faut donc avoir un peu de place pour la stocker.Le vrai plus c’est sa polyvalence. Elle permet aussi bien de prendre un bain chaud relaxant que d’enchaîner avec un bain glacé pour la récupération musculaire. C’est clairement ce que recherchent les sportifs ou ceux qui s’intéressent à la cryothérapie. Le vidage se fait facilement avec le tuyau prévu ce qui évite de galérer pour vider l’eau.Pour 94,08€ le prix est un peu élevé mais on sent qu’on est sur un produit bien pensé et durable. Ce n’est pas un achat indispensable pour tout le monde, mais pour les utilisateurs réguliers, ça vaut le coup !
