Good for sleep track
I heard rings track sleep better than watches, so I gave this a try. The sizing is spot on and it’s very comfortable to wear. The sleep data feels much more accurate, and having HRV and Blood Pressure metrics is a huge plus. It really helps me decide how hard to train each day!

It tracks basic health and activity data quite accurately. The app is easy to use and syncs smoothly. Great alternative to bulky smartwatches. Definitely worth buying.

I chose the black one and it looks really cool. I accidentally ordered one size too big so it felt a bit loose, but I reached out to the seller and they were super helpful in resolving it. I really appreciate that.I haven’t activated it yet, but I’m excited to use it to track my health data, especially during workouts. The packaging is also very nice, and I like that it uses a Type-C charger, which is super convenient.Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase and would definitely 100% recommend it!

SIZING and UPDATE OF 2 MONTH UPDATE.
I just got this and will only review sizing right now.I went to BestBuy and used the sizing rings for Oura and Samsung rings. They were the same, 13.That’s what I ordered and it is a perfect fit. Using the method outlined in the product info was not close to what they said should be the size. This was one of my biggest concerns.2 months later– It tracks oxygen levels and heart rate accurately.Sleep tracking for duration of sleep is erratic. Probably because I get up several times per night. The past week, I have been getting up much less, 1-2 times compared to 4-5 times and is performing much better. I like the quality of sleep feature.Blood pressure monitoring is shaky and only seems able to give a ballpark estimate.Seems to last 4-5 days on a charge.I wear the ring on my middle finger now, not my forefinger. Seemed a little too loose on the forefinger.I noticed the size of my fingers change a lot depending on if they’re warm (larger) or cold (smaller).Forgot to mention it keeps an accurate step count .Based on Blood Pressure and sleep inaccuracies, I am reducing the rating from 5 stars to 3 stars.

for the price, it works quite well.
The ring syncs quickly with the phone app. I can measure my blood pressure, view sleep analytics, count my daily steps, and check my heart rate while I’m working out. Aesthetically, it is very nice, for the price, it works quite well.
