Size down, okay for generic version
Sizing chart is off. I measured and purchased according to their chart ring was so large I had to exchange it for the smaller size, so size down from what the chart says. The app is pretty simple and works well.I haven’t noticed my low battery alert working.it doesn’t track a work out until after a half hour. No way to add your own work out after, also no way to adjust your sleep times. I initially purchased it for counting steps so it’s good for that

True to size! Great purchase
I’ve had this for about a month now and I am surprised at how much I actually like it. I just wanted to see the average amount of steps I was doing and also what my sleep was like. I did compare it to my Apple Watch and I did wear them at the same time. At first, the ring was counting, almost doubled the amount of steps that my watch was.. but after wearing both the ring and the watch consistently for a week they ended up sinking together and the steps were about 200 off from each other. I’m not sure how much I believe the sleep sections, but I mainly only wanted it for the steps anyway. I would recommend. Battery life is insane as well, wore it to a waterpark and didn’t charge it for almost 4 days. The sizing is definitely true to size. I read the reviews and it was basically saying to size down so I did and it only fits on one finger… not the end of the world, but definitely just true to size.

Not comfortable and tracking seems inaccurate
I had high hopes for this ring, but unfortunately it didn’t work for me. It started hurting my finger after a few hours of wearing it, so it’s not comfortable for daily use. Also, the app is not very reliable — it didn’t even show my step count properly, which makes me question the accuracy of the other health data. Overall, I don’t feel confident using it and will be returning it.

Works great to give you “an idea” of where your numbers are. I did compare the blood pressure to the one at my doctor’s, and it was well off. So don’t depend on your BP with the ring. Great looking ring and I do mostly use it to track my sleep patterns and time asleep. Oh! Waterproof too!
