Helps Me Sleep and Work
I bought this sound machine because I struggle to sleep and stay asleep. I’d just about tried everything else, so I gave this a try.Sound: The volume can get very loud which is good if you have a big space, but for simply sitting next to it at my desk, I can turn it way down and it does not overwhelm. There are a lot of sounds. Many have mentioned repeats, which some are, but they are varieties of say rain and water sounds, or like a faster flowing fan sound vs a slower one. I appreciate that because we’re all individuals and maybe like slow fan sounds don’t work for you, but fast do, type of thing.Timer: there are 4 options available, 30 mins, 60mins, 2hrs, and continuous use. I specifically bought this for the continual use, because I struggle to stay asleep and I didn’t want to wake up, there’s no sound going, have to get up, and start it back up, so this is great in that I can just let it run until I turn it off, or if I ever need a shorter time, I can set it for that.Remote: is great. You’ve already settled into bed, you don’t want to get up to turn it on/off or pick a new sound, use the remote from your bed or whatever as long as you have line of sight with the sound machine.Look: I bought the gray/white one. I didn’t really care about the look, but it has a nice clean look to it, Design is simple with easy to understand buttons.Use: super easy to use. I mean kids can use this no problem.Overall: It has helped me sleep. It just creates this nice vacuum of sound to blur out any background noises and gives me something to focus on to bring me back in to sleep. I also work from home, so having some sound to focus my mind while working is great, and I can quickly shut it off during calls and resume right back where I started after. It is easy to use, works really well, great sounds, 10/10.

It claims to have so many sounds, but most of them are the same. Who needs 14 different fan noises or 12 different white noises, they all mostly sound the same. The ocean sounds are disappointing, very tinny sounding. I only use the zen and nature categories, they’re not bad. This unit is very pricey to me since I only use the two categories. I would send it back BUT having a remote with it is awesome and is the only reason I’m keeping it. I can switch between crickets and birds at the push of a remote button.

Seemed great. Made well and love the remote. Has quite a few sound choices and some that are not so common, like frogs, and I liked that.But once I used it….the sounds are not all that good and it sounds like it’s coming through a tin can.

Absolutely LOVE, great quality
I would recommend this white noise machine for all ages. Some of the reviews complained the volume was way too loud for a child or for sensitive hearing, even at its lowest setting, but that has not been my experience at all. I was hesitant to buy this because of those reviews, as I am using it for my newborn’s nursery, but I am so pleased with the quality of sounds, the variety of sounds, and the wide range of volume control that can be set at extremely quiet all the way up to extremely loud. The dimensions are smaller that I would have expected, which I appreciate, because that makes it very portable for travel. I specifically wanted this sound machine because it does not have a built in night light and the majority of “nursery” sound machines come with lights, colors, and lullabies, making them more like night light music boxes instead of true white noise machines in my opinion. This one is extremely simple to use and will absolutely work for anyone with a loud house or that just wants to incorporate white noise into their routine.

Returned- didn’t work correctly
I returned it. I loved that it had a remote, but the machine wasn’t working correctly from the start. NO matter what you did, the sound changed every 20 seconds. It was driving us crazy. Had to return it because it wasn’t peaceful when it kept changing. Would have been great if it worked correctly.

I was a little disappointed that you have to have it plugged in to work. I thought it could be charged. I use it when we are at our trailer so we have to keep the generator running all night which my husband doesn’t’ like. Need one that I can charge and not have to be plugged in to use. It does work well though and it looks nice. I do like the remote.

I liked it a lot at first. I’ve had it a few weeks now and my mom even bought one a few days after I bought mine. Both of us are having the same issue wherein the sound machines turn themselves on and off random times!! I have reached out to the seller to see if they were willing to rectify the situation but have heard nothing back. (It’s been a couple weeks now). Very disappointed both in the product and the sellers response.Further update, my machine has stopped turning on entirely. It’s been a couple weeks of use only.
