Relax! There is no problem with machine wash using gentle cycle in cold water and lay it out to air dry. Hand wash is recommended as well.

How do I get the correct size?

Please refer to the sizing chart with instructions. Sizes are average compression, but each sleeve can expand ~60% more than the original diameter. If between sizes, please choose a lower size for extra compression & upper for reduced compression.
