A real health benefit for me.
Excellent product. Learning about the right amount of electrolytes I need for good health, I looked for what would work and this is the ticket. I have lots more energy and my blood pressure is normalizing from pre-hyper tension. I think it tastes great and works perfectly with the new reverse osmosis filter I bought here on Amazon. Strip out the bad stuff and put back in the good. A win-win.

This a good value and helps me stay well hydrated. The flavor is a little light on both this one and the lemon raspberry, but still taste good.

This stuff tastes great and I felt the effects very quickly!
I tried this brand’s raspberry/lemon flavor, and it’s nowhere near as good tasting as this. So this has been my go to for quite a while now. Very high amount of potassium, 1000 mg per serving, and I usually drink two or three servings a day, mixing in 5 g of powdered glutamine, and 10 g of powdered creatine.

Works well with a strong grape taste
It’s a quality product that works well for my workout and adds the effectiveness of creatine. While taste is a preference, it’s a bit too strong for me on the grape taste.

Tastes Like Grape Crush!

Very effective at hydration – if you can stand the flavor
The flavor I got was on sale, and I now know why. 5 stars for being effective at hydration – seems quality and I felt it really worked. 0 stars for taste as it tasted like I had left some dishwashing soap in the blender when I made it (but I hadn’t) and then that I had filtered it through a used athletic sock (again, I did not do that – just tasted as though I had). That is how I came up with a three rating.

Tastes pretty good!
Tastes pretty good – not exactly sure the flavor is grape but no regrets! I got tired of paying a premium for Propel packets and found this bulk alternative to keep hydrated with electrolytes while out of the golf course regularly. The taste is so much better than plain water and probably makes me drink more while out playing in the heatwhich is a good thing.
