Great product for destressing when consumed before going to bed
This product (and Ashwaghanda itself, as sold) has the tendency of being an awesome, natural boon to a person’s ability to destress. It serves a much better and more productively controlled purpose than alcoholic beverages do. Alcohol tends to leave people with traits that involve significantly higher levels of irresponsibility throughout the day after. This ashwaghandha product works very well for me. To avoid higher irresponsibility levels, I would choose to consume Ashwagandha the evening before as a much more viable alternative to destressing than a beer or a glass of wine.

First timer
It is very fine ground , be careful when using since it is so fine it gets all over. I would not recommend using water or flavored water doesn’t mix well and has a taste that upset my stomach. I used it in coffee mixed it and most of it was on the bottom of the cup so I put more coffee and then drank it . Better if you had flavored no sugar creamer in it . I have only used for a day and half .You can use it on your skin so the powder that fell on the counter I spread on my arms and today there is a slight change in my arms . They look better . I am 64 and have really thin skin, I think I am going to use more on my armsI am still trying to find my right way to drink this product. Maybe try with tea and honey

Cap it and it’s AMAZING! Don’t take too much, headache alert:
Only thing I had a problem with was when I accidentally took a double dose on accident, it gave me a really bad head ache and made me sweat.That aside, it smells like sh*t, I’m sure it tastes like sh*t, but I wouldn’t know, because I capped it. After I saw everyone saying on here that it tastes bad, I just used the gelatin capsules I bought to take my kratom, and voila! No taste, no smell, perfectly harmless going down, no struggles!OMG THE EFFECTS OF THIS! It’s like I’m a different person. I have a chronic illness, several actually, most of which have beaten me down with fatigue! It’s awful, but THIS root has given me more motivation than I ever would have imagined. Since getting my illnesses I haven’t been able to work, I’ve had really bad anxiety, and can’t stand more tan a half hour due to pain. This has gotten rid of ALL of that, in just 4 DAYS! I’m now cleaning and cooking all in one standing, I’m thinking about going back to work AND going back to college, and my eye sight has even improved! That was an unexpected prize! No more blurriness, and no more crappy night vision! I can’t say wnough how happy I am with this ashwaganda root. Who knew, first one I tried would be THE ONE! I’m so happy 😀
