Easy to use and easy to set up: the bed sensor pad connects with the wireless pager alarm unit. The alarm will sound continuously when weight is removed from the pad or right before the person starts to stand up. Our 10in x 30 in pressure pad is easy to wipe clean and incontinence resistant.

Pager not included: this only includes a pad, you will need the pager to receive the notifications. To get the pager, you need the full kit or purchase the pager separately.
Lifespan of 15 Months: while others only last 45 days to 12 months, ours has a lifespan of 15 months. Important Note: The pad should be placed on top of a flat mattress or mattress cover and below a fitted sheet to prevent the pad from moving and giving false alarms or causing the product to malfunction.

Worked until batteries needed replacing
We bought two of these for use on both sides of the bed for our parents. They truly worked well until the device batteries went dead. Batteries lasted for about a year. After changing the batteries, they didn’t’ work again. I suspect that the wiring connections attached to the battery holder were not secure and were disrupted when the holder needed to be positioned to reinsert the batteries. Batteries were also a challenge to find. Not your normal. We re-ordered new units and chalked it up to an expense of elder care.

This product was so useful and provided peace of mind when my husband was getting out of bed or his chair. Due to the age of the originalPad we needed a new one. Purchased it in November. The replacement never worked quite like it should. I contacted the co as it had a 1 year warranty. After we tried to remedy the issues, they replaced the pad! It works like the original. Great customer service
