A must have ‼️
So far so good. I never really used one before on a regular basis but now beings that I’m 63 and I get some stiffness in my lower back from time to time I have decided to incorporate it in my daily route and I must say the first time I used it on my back I could feel all the tension leave and when I was done I felt alot better and more mobile it seems like. The build quality is great nice and firm so I highly recommend it to anybody looking to get the stiffness out of your back, neck and hips 👍

Rolling out the kinks
Bought this with athletes in mind. Works extremely well when used before and after games to loosen up leg, back, shoulder, thighs, and arms. Received tons of feedback from my two athletes softball/baseball who have both said the relief they get allowed them to continue to perform at a high level. As a parent, I have used this prior to going to the gym and find it loosens up my muscles, and I am less sore. This product is an excellent value. For the money. It is solid and dense and over the course of the time has shown to be very durable. I would highly recommend this product.

Excelent tool for my stretching!
It is a perfect tool for what I needed! I did not feel it was too hard or too soft. I don’t feel pain in my skin or muscles when using it. On the contrary. I feel like it actually relieves the tension in my muscles, when streachting with this foam roller. I am very picky when trying to buy something and read a lot of reviews. But this roller excedeed my expectations!. It has a perfect density. And its width and lenght is great!

Great portable roller
The first thing ill say is that this foam roller has a really good density. Its firm enough to work out tension but still comfortable to use. I usually prefer wheels, but this one is not bad at all. It also looks and feels like it’s made of high-quality materials. Well worth the money since its small and portable. Overall, very happy with this purchase!

Very firm foam.
Was not expecting it to be so firm, but it works great as a cervical extension device for my neck. Just a bit uncomfortable at first until you can relax into it.What the product description fails to mention is that it also appears to be a multi-purpose household artifact.A few observations:If you lie on the floor and roll across it slowly while staring at the ceiling, you will begin questioning every decision you’ve made since 2003.If you stand it upright on a table and look at it from across the room, it somehow feels like it knows things about you.If you leave it in the living room overnight, it will mysteriously migrate a few feet. I have stopped asking questions.I’ve also discovered several unexpected uses:Propping doors openDramatically rolling across the floor after pretending you’ve been defeated in a duelHolding while pacing the house like a Victorian inventorOne evening it rolled across the kitchen counter, stopped, and pointed directly at the refrigerator. I’m not saying it was trying to tell me something, but I did end up eating leftover pizza.Four stars. My muscles feel better and I’m fairly sure the roller and I have reached some sort of understanding. One star lost for being just a tad too firm.
