I’m not a doctor, but this stuff is amazing! I’ve been taking this stuff, and my energy levels are so high when I take it, and I noticed an almost immediate decrease in my thigh fat! Win-win!

Shift in my mood.
I don’t like to write reviews because they are only my view point. However, I felt someone may benefit from this mainly due to the changes in my mood. Since started daily I have felt better, more upbeat. Haven’t added or changed any thing except this . I looked at many other brands but the jar packaging got me..easy open and close. I’ll probably continue using as long as it’s working.

Good but not for me
It’s true when they say not all ingredients are good for everyone. I took these pills for a little over 2 months and they caused massive stomach upset. If I wasn’t out of town I would have returned them but I did not have that ability. Too bad cuz I really hope I would like this product. Didn’t really see a difference in my blood sugar
