Good for sitting for long times.
Needed for my computer chair since I sit for hours on end doing college classes. This is just the added support that I needed for my butt. It don’t hurt my tailbone any more to sit for long times. Shape retention good be good for someone that don’t sit for hours, it has a intendention of my butt in it,which makes it easier to find the right spot not to hurt. Height is good. The back rest is a little annoying but again it could just be me or the design of my chair. Pain relief is good for my butt which is what I needed this set for.

Defective strap
I was very excited about this cushion however after a month of use, the strap that holds the cushion to my desk chair broke. This made it apparent that the strap is poorly attached to the cushion. Unfortunately, the cushion slides down my chair back and is not as comfortable as it was when I was able to position is where i needed it. Otherwise, a decent chair cushion besides the defective strap

Wonderful Relief!
I so appreciate this cushion! I was having back and rear pain from sitting at work. I talk on the phone a lot and can’t stand for long periods (so that’s not an option). After being in my job a few years, I started having pain from sitting so much. I bought this cushion (I don’t use the back cushion, just the seat cushion), and it completely eliminated the pain. What a relief! I’ve been using it for several months and the pain has not returned. There were no other reasons for the pain, by the way, and the only change I made was the cushion.
