    Great for tracking your progress.
The Arboleaf Scale for Body Weight is an incredible tool for anyone serious about tracking their fitness and health. What I love most is its ability to connect to an app, which makes monitoring my progress so much easier and more engaging. The app provides a detailed breakdown of metrics like weight, BMI, body fat percentage, muscle mass, and more, giving me a comprehensive view of my health. The scale is sleek, accurate, and very easy to set up. The Bluetooth connection is fast and reliable, and the app interface is intuitive and user-friendly. I also appreciate how the data syncs effortlessly, helping me stay motivated by visualizing my progress over time. If you’re looking for a smart scale that delivers accurate measurements and meaningful insights, the Arboleaf Scale is a fantastic choice!

    Great scale that lasts
I’ve had this scale for 5 years and it’s much better than I had expected when I bought it. It still works great. The app is great and easy to use, I’ve been tracking my stats for years, and can input measurements. Better than any other brand I’ve had even much more expensive ones.

Excellent, informative scale that encourages use
This is a very attractive scale with a contemporary flair. I like that when the scale is not in use, the measurement disappears. When activated, the scale screen reading glows through the opaque looking white platform and is easy to read. It looks much better than the first photograph image on the product page.I use the iPhone app which was easy to install. Under the “My Account” It has tabs/buttons for FAQs, Add a User, and also Settings that allow the user to customize options and set a weight goal, select weight units and connect to other health apps and devices. On the “Measurement” page, It gives the user access too many different kinds of data and tracks the progress from the first weigh in. On the “History” page the data is charted by the week, month, or year. The scale will remember 20 uses and upload it to the Arboleaf app when it is opened. At this point it doesn’t seem to sort the information per email address or other identifying means, but relies on the user to identify the measurements belong to them. My husband and I both use the scale and as multi-users, it was a little confusing at first when we did not open the app before measurement. My husband did not want to have his phone with him when he weighed himself and he did not want to select the measurements that belonged to him when he opened his Arboleaf app. I decided that it would solve the problem if I always had the app opened when I weighed myself so that the scale did not need to store my data. That seems to be a solution but I am hoping that Arboleaf will update the app and improve that feature. I have other devices that regularly improve the function of their product through updates and I am hoping and expecting this company will also.I do like this scale and I believe it is worth the purchase price.

THIS is the scale to buy. It’s outstanding.
All I wanted was a digital scale that DID NOT do the thing where it says the exact same weight every time you step on it, including after taking a big dump. That’s what my last two scales did, and from reading lots of reviews (particularly reading the one star reviews) and lots of comment threads online it appears that virtually all digital scales do this as an artifical way of making the scale seem consistent. The workaround was to weigh yourself holding an object that weighs a couple pounds to “clear” the memorized weight and weigh yourself again. This is the only scale I’ve found with which no one said it did this in the one star reviews, everyone says it’s a good scale as far as measuring weight goes. Sure enough, it works perfectly. You can see the weight changing with your body shifting as it tasks itself with figuring out the average, and if you weigh yourself again it might change by .2 or so, which is what I actually want to see as it makes sense that it can vary depending on body movement. And it works great as just a scale if you don’t want to use the app.The scale itself is very slick. I wear size 12 wide and it’s plenty big enough. It’s very easy to read, and the app is very nice. My BMI read the same as what my doctors office told me it was. I have doubts as to whether or not all that data really comes from the sensors, but it is interesting to look at the data and it’s great how it keeps track. I’ve already lost over 5 pounds and 1.2% of my body fat since I got it and it charts out your weight changes and body fat changes over time.

Accurate, Easy to Use, Lots of Good Data updated 11/2020
This is a cool scale that shows a lot of interesting data about your body composition, not just your weight. I think some of the numbers are calculated based on basic information but when I compare the BMI numbers to what I got from my doctor I found them to be very accurate. It’s been interesting to watch and see things as they change while I pursue my health goals. The feature to allow multiple users on the app was easy to set-up and use. The scale will work with more than one phone also, just be sure that the one you want to record the data is the only one turned on with the app open, otherwise you could send the data to the wrong device. My only complaint, and it may not even be technologically possible, is that I must have my phone on with the app open in order for the scale to connect. It would be great if it could connect even while the phone is closed. Yes, I know, first world problems, but it would simplify things.Overall, I’ve been really happy with this scale.Update 11/1/2020My husband wrote the original review. After both of us using it for 11 months, this is what we’ve found: it works great as a scale. The weight readings are both accurate and repeatable. Multiple people can use it, and it will track your weight over time. It’s great to be able to look back and see trends. As for all the other numbers, I’m not sure where they come from. If you absolutely HAD to have an accurate BMI or body composition, I don’t know that I’d trust it. But it’s a great scale.

This works so much better than my old scale. It accurately reflects fat better than the old model. All it’s measurements in the app are very useful.I am a slightly over weight 58 year old male who is excercising and working to get my weight down. So NOT an athlete and so far this has nailed what I am very accurately. I did take the time to do all the body measurements in the app though which likely helps it figure things out better. My old scale consistently said I was 30% body fat and this one is reflecting the more accurate 23-24% I am actually at. It also is reflecting my muscle mass more accurately at 128lbs versus 118lbs on the old scale.

I’m not sure how accurate the scale is. I have abs and a 29” inch waist, 5’10”, 155lbs and it says I have 16% body fat. Maybe I’m too confident with myself.
