Great brain and mind benefits. Easy to swallow
I’ve been taking these pills for a while, and they’ve been a real game-changer for me! They’re easy to swallow and not too big, and I haven’t had any bad side effects. Plus, they don’t leave a bad taste. The vitamins come in a sealed bottle with a long expiration date, which is a plus. So far, they’ve been effective for my needs. The ingredients are worth researching (I put them into an AI program to evaluate each one and the compound as a blend): Bacopa monnieri, Lion’s Mane mushroom, Alpha-GPC, and Citicoline, Phosphatidylserine, Rhodiola root extract, Ginkgo biloba, N-Acetyl L-Tyrosine, L-Theanine, and Huperzine A. In my research, the explanation for why each of these ingredients is important and works together is appealing. Good quality, and I may have even noticed some positive effects.
It’s always challenging to evaluate a supplement product like this, when the effects may not be immediately obvious. Certainly, I can say the bottle is well made, the capsules are good quality and are easy to swallow and I did not notice any negative health effects. I won’t make health claims on the behalf of the company, but I do think I feel some positive effects associated with this supplement, though it could easily be any of the other recent changes in my life, because I am not running a controlled experiment. However I can confidently say I have not noticed any negative effects. 5/5

Weird smell/taste
Moldy smell…is that normal? Old? If i knew this i wouldnt have ordered them. Disappointed. Cant return them either.
