Why don’t I feel vibration?

This is a pulse massage pen, not a traditional vibrating massager. It delivers gentle tingling pulses instead of shaking. This is normal and indicates the device is working. New users should start at the lowest setting and increase gradually.

Why do I feel tingling/”shock”? Is it safe?

The tingling is microcurrent working properly, not electric shock. Powered by one AA battery, output is far below safety thresholds—no risk of injury. If too strong, lower intensity, ensure skin is slightly moist, and start from low setting.

Why does the handle tingle when I hold it?

This is normal. The device needs a complete closed loop to function, so current flows through your body. A mild handle sensation means it’s working correctly. Adjust hand position or lower intensity if uncomfortable.

Why is the grip plastic instead of metal?

Metal grip would redirect the pulse away from your skin — weaker effect and hand discomfort. Insulated plastic keeps every pulse where it should be.

Can my partner help me use it?
