We LOVE this little Tens Unit! Gentle Yet Powerful if you need it!
I had one of these like 20 years ago that worked fairly well, but it broke a long time ago. I bought another one off of amazon maybe 7 yrs ago and it was so painful to use, it just didn’t work right. I was reluctant to try another, but knowing I used to have a good one and my chiropractor has a good one, I knew it was a matter of trying them and reading reviews to find a good one. THIS IS IT!!! I’m in LOVE with the way this one works and the features that it offers!!! I have mostly only used it on #1 because it’s good enough to stimulate without over doing it. I tried bumping it up to 4 once, but it seemed to feel better on #1 or #2, so I went back down. It works well, offers pain relief, and I believe this unit is a Wonderful Value for the money when it makes me feel better!! I love the different settings, and what’s amazing to me is that it actually feels just like the descriptions… it’s like there’s a massage therapist actually doing those things!! I don’t know how they program electric-stim with that type of feeing, but it’s just WONDERFUL!! If you want a good machine at a decent price, this is it! I can’t speak for longevity yet; but so far, it’s held the charge and I’ve used it several times on that charge, so it’s good enough for me! I hope it keeps working for a long, LONG time into the future!!

It Works! Interrupt that nerve signal and start to feel better
I too did not quite understand how to turn the unit ON to start the message settings. I was mad and thought I had wasted my money on a cheap non functioning device. Not so! After playing around with it, it is a really great and useful device! I didn’t find the Kongzee website very useful nor any youtube videos. It is important to remember the pins with the pads must be fully inserted into the lead wire which must be inserted into the device in order for it to turn on the TENS, EMS or Massage setting, and that you are using the correct A or B channel. Remember turn on (far right “clock” button, device lights up), clock button sets length of treatment, do your settings (M button changes between modes TENS/EMS/Massage), make sure both pads are on your body, a minimum 1-inch apart, pins inserted into lead wire that connects to Kongzee channel A or B and relax! I spray the pads with water and put them back on the plastic they were originally on. Supposed to replace them after 10 uses, I have not and they are still very sticky.

Great product for young and old!
Works really well. I am glad I got extra pads as the pads can get less sticky if you use the a lot. Although had a friend tell me if you put the plastic sheet cover back on the pad after use and set aside for while, the stickiness will come back…I guess it regenerate.It works well as a messager, muscle stimulator and it is pretty easy to maneuver once you get the hang of it. It is durable and has great battery life, and relieves the pain and breaks up muscle cramps.

More Product Than I Expected for the Price and Size
This unit is more than I expected!! I purchased this to replace a model that I already owned of a different brand. The older unit was a wheel dial and was showing wear and tear. I was interested in this unit because it offered TENS, EMS, and Massage. I have used all three features. This unit is easy to use, has a bright LED screen, and the two independent leads is great for targeting areas like the neck/shoulder and wrists for neuropathy that I have been experiencing. My mother was suffering from neck pain and shoulder tightness after a hospital stay recently and after an anti-inflammatory, and an RX pain pill, she was still in moderate pain. I placed some larger pads that I purchased on her upper shoulders and smaller round pads un the base of her neck, chose the Massage feature on the Combo setting and within minutes her pain was easing off and 15 mins later she was asleep. I also love the fact that you can set the time up to 90 minutes. The unit is smaller than expected and the leads have a long cord. The unit can be paused, and also locked so you don’t have to worry about the settings changing, even in a pocket. I purchased a 48-piece replacement pad of another brand and they work perfectly. For what I received, I would have thought it would have costed much more—excellent value for the price. Easily wipes off and comes with a small pouch for storing. I would highly recommend this unit for anyone looking for a TENS/EMS/Massage unit.

I’ve owned two previous TENs units and this one was an upgrade. I liked the pads as they seemed to hold up to repeated use better than other versions. The additional massage and EMS were bonus features.

Impossible to decipher user manual
this may be a good product but the user instructions SUCK. I cannot figure out how to get the options I want to use. The device only has 3 buttons, one is power, so the other 2 control everything else and the manual is no help as it essentially lays out 1 scenario which is not what i want. I got what I wanted once but pulled the plug to the pads and now I cannot get back to where I was before. I would not recommend this at all I really want to throw the device across the room in my frustration with this product. This product is crap I would give no stars, Save your money and buy something else

This is a really good unit with loads of different settings, got it for the wife to use on her ankle and she is very positive about it’s use and thinks it’s doing her good, so worth every cent. East to use as well, great quality, lightening fast delivery as usual from Amazon.
