Great tub with great customer service
We are very happy with this freestanding tub and their customer service. We remodeled our master bathroom with brushed gold fixtures, but it was impossible to find a nice looking tub with the same brushed gold fixtures built into the tub, so when this tub came on the market, it was perfect for us! We have been using it for several months now, and so far it works great. I had a few questions during and after the installation and their customer service folks took great care of us. Installation was easy and we were up and running quickly. This tub looks great and has lots of useful built-in features, so I would consider it a good value for the money.

Woodbridge Beautifully-crafted Soaker Tub
Delivered earlier than expected! Packaged well and easy to unpack without damaging. This tub exceeds every expectation based on how well it’s crafted and it’s aesthetics. The brush gold colored hardware compliments this tub and very pleasing to the eyes. The fixtures underneath the tub are built to last and good quality, The quality commensurate with value. My Contractor loves this tub and is astounded by its quality throughout! As soon as it’s installed. I will send more photos.

My favorite thing in the house
I have had this tub for 6 months. I LOVE it!!! It is beautiful, works perfectly. I love being able to soak for 45 minutes, and the water stays hot the whole time. A dark room with the tub light on and a glass of wine make for the best night ever!!! It is essentially a one-person hot tub with bubbles, jets, and lights, except it requires no maintenance.

FANTASTIC Tub!
Absolutely LOVE this tub. It was the main thing I was looking forward to during our bathroom renovation. I love that it has a water massage and heater feature as well as a sprayer. It truly turned my outdated bathroom into a spa and made taking a bath a real treat. Ordering and delivery were seamless. Our contractor installed the tub without any issues. My neighbor bought one of these and recommended it and she was not wrong!

This is a great tub for relaxation and rehabilitation
I enjoy everything about my new tub. I have never been more relaxed, and many of my aches and pains have disappeared. I enjoyed the lighting, which helps me relax after a hard day’s work or after strenuous exercise. The tub looks beautiful in my bathroom and complements the renovations that I have done. I could not be more pleased.

Great tub when it works, disappointed!
After recently installing this tub I discover the bubbler feature does not work. The motor runs but does nothing. Everything else works perfectly. All possible remedies require unhooking the tub from the drain, uncalking it from the floor and inspecting the motor, which requires a plumber. I’ve all ready paid a plumber $150 and an electrical $800 to get it installed. I guess I’m out of luck.I bought a tub from the same company5 years ago for a different property and the power would not come on. It has a suction switch. I found a work around by plug ging it into a smart plug and now I ask Alexa to turn it on. It works but not ideal. I cannot recommend their products after 2 trys and been dissatisfied.
