life saving piece of mind
I recently purchased the Seculife Smartwatch for my father-in-law, and it has been a lifesaver for our family. He often gets disoriented and lost during his daily walks around the neighborhood, but this watch has given us a reliable way to find his exact location and bring him home safely. The GPS tracking and geofencing features are incredibly accurate, providing immense peace of mind while allowing him to maintain some independence. It is a truly essential and user-friendly tool for anyone caring for a loved one with dementia.

Unreliable and inconsistent
Very inconsistent and unreliable. Purchased for elderly parent. Returned within 1 week for these reasons: Painfully loud, but no volume control available. Med reminder alarms repeatedly not working. No take off alert when she took it off. No SOS call after it says SOS call initiated. Battery needed charged daily. Different phone number displayed each time with alerts, not her phone number. Complicated setup, tried multiple times, part of the problem was password requirement is incorrect. Manual in microscopic print. Multiple typos on website/app. Couldn’t understand when I called for help so I had to rely on email. With all of these issues they sent an update to the device, even though it was brand new.

Easy to use… and pleasant company to work with
This is a serious cool smartwatch tool. Easy to set up. Easy for a 93 year old to understand how to call for help and the fall detection settings are useful too. I sadly had to return it because it uses the T mobile 4g service and that did not cover my moms house in a rural area. It worked outside the house but not inside, the company officials were very helpful and easy to work with , and totally refunded my purchase and activation. It’s worth a try if you are looking for some extra security for someone with fall risks.

Excellent Monitoring for Seniors with Memory Issues
My husband has dementia and I need something to track where he is especially in public places. He is not a wanderer but when I need to go to a restroom he gets anxious waiting and starts leaving. I am amazed at the features of this watch. The geofencing works and I get alerts. I tested the fall alert at first it didn’t alert my phone but I talked to their amazing agent, Ella. She’s constantly checking and investigating the issues. It also give me health check like heart rate, bp monitoring and oxygen monitoring. I’m glad I didn’t buy the expensive watch for him. I highly recommend this. The battery though lasted only 24 hrs but it’s not that bad. Excellent product and excellent customer service. Hats off to Ella for helping!

Perfectly tailored to elderly/ disabled.
Very Simple protection for disabled or elderly. Upon a fall or by pressing the SOS it calls up to three family/emergency contacts one at a time until someone answers. I love the auto answer feature. I can talk to my loved one and ascertain his condition even if he is unable to answer the call. I don’t think it calls 911? You have to do that if you think it’s necessary. Customer support is real people and respond quickly. GPS fencing works well. Battery life seems sufficient. I think other more expensive smart watches would be too complicated for my husband to use. This is for SAFTY FIRST and Peace of Mind. The speaker built into the watch is plenty loud so he can easily hear me and I him. Works on 4G networks. The watch only receives pre entered phone numbers into its phone book which is a plus when trying to protect my loved one from scam phone calls

Trust your instincts so you are in the returns timeframe.
I’ve disliked this watch from day one when my son set it up. He’s had to change the sensitivity several times because if I bump my hand (while expressing myself) the watch alerts my kids if I don’t cancel the alert quickly. I finally gave in today and ordered the Fitbit Versa with fall alert. It’s worth the extra costs to stop alerting my adult children. There is a cancel button but that’s just annoying several times a day! Also the rubber strap is at least 2” too long. There is no way to cut it off in a neat even curve. And why are there no color choices and pretty wrist bands. I’m donating this thing (barely 2 months old) to a senior center. Maybe some will appreciate it.

Sounds good but features do not work
Set up was easy. Customer service called to check on our progress during setup. It makes it easy to see how my mom is doing at any time. Being able to call her and check on her even if she isn’t near her phone is great.* Update* We have had the watch for a week now. While it measures heart rate, oxygen, etc it doesn’t report it in the app just displays on the watch. Just shows an error. I do not receive an alert when the watch is removed, even though it’s set up to send one. The alert for the fence also isn’t working. No notification is sent. I lowered the stars as the only feature that is currently working is pressing the button to call us.

Nice looking and light, easy to wear smart watch for elderly
This is exactly what I was searching for. I wanted an item that she could wear anytime (to bed) that wasn’t cumbersome, that would get tangled in hair or around her neck, or that was unattractive or bulky on her wrist or hanging from her neck. This watch is light and easy to use; my mother forgot she had it on. I also wanted for her to be able to ring one of the family and not go directly to 911; this system allows this to notify the three family members as instructed. The system allows to include a geofence which I initially used but it takes up a lot of battery life so I took it off. In general the batter life is not that great and we have to regularly charge it every day or day and a half, but at least you receive alerts when it is running low. We tested the system calling someone for help so it seems to work. Its a great watch and I would buy it again as long as my mother (and her caregiver, my brother) continue to remember to charge the battery in a timely way and be sure she puts it back on her wrist.
