Fantastic and wonderfully tasty. Perfect for my drink for the day at work which is a 40oz Stanley that I use one tube or after a workout. Easy to mix or shake with water. To me no weird taste and all the flavors are good.

I don’t typically write reviews unless I’m really impressed (or really disappointed). These stopped my hangover though, so have to share.I don’t like strong flavor drinks so I dissolve one of these in 40oz of water (helps to dissolve in water before adding ice) and it’s like Vitamin water. My wife did 30oz and it was more juice flavored so a little can go a long ways. I’ve tried two multi flavored bags so far and every flavor is good, refreshing tasting. They do not have a chemical taste/after taste. I feel very hydrated, sweat less, and feel full after drinking them. Great for hikes too.But what blew my mind was avoiding an expected hangover. I took them on a cruise last week. It was about 85-90° in Mexico, we walked a lot, went in the spa a lot, so I had 2-3 of these packets and around 12-15 glasses of champagne one afternoon/evening. I rarely ever drink but it was vacay, drinks were included, so why not. I expected my usual hangover (also why I don’t drink much), but I woke up the next morning perfectly fine. 😳 Not even a faint headache when I’d usually be bedridden all day. I’d just planned to have a Bloody Mary and push through but didn’t even need that. So if I ever wondered if these actually hydrate my body, I have zero doubt now.

Less sodium great flavors
Really good composition with less sodium than other brands. Ideal for HBP. The flavors are really good and not too sweet. Watermelon and passion fruit are amazing!

Great Hydration
These electrolyte packets are great tasting! It gives me the hydration I need daily, with additional calories or sugar spikes. It’s a great value. It dissolves easily in water. I have not experienced any side effects.

Don’t Get Watermelon
Loved all flavors except the watermelon. They almost had it! It tastes like pure chalk. I’m not a huge lemonade fan but the pink lemonade is really good. It’s not too sweet or sour. Passion fruit and blue raspberry are my favorite. They hydrate like it’s supposed to and I feel so much better.

I am addicted to this company. There is no salty aftertaste. The flavors are sweet and delicious. No sugar , no carbs keeping me on keto. Passion fruit is my favorite. I highly recommend buying this product directly through Amazon. I’ve had an extremely hard time receiving my products directly from them. They always end of returning from the shipping company they use.
