If anybody is wondering what the experience and hype is all about with mushroom supplements, these are a smooth introduction. The daily dose is 3 capsules per day and I spread the 3 throughout the day with the last one around 5 pm. Well, after I take the last one, I get a good kick of energy and focus that is needed to hang on until night time.As soon as you open the capsule container, there is a beautiful Earthy aroma that wiggles your nose. I have already felt appetite suppression, less desire for sweets, on my feet more and most importantly, no brain fog. I am able to concentrate on one task at a time and be more productive with my time.I ordered my 2nd bottle and I can honestly say I felt the effects since day 1 and it has escalated. 11 different mushrooms WITH ashgwanda is a true value. If you think about it, 250 mg ashgwanda supplement would cost you another $10 at least. I feel the ashgwanda is what aids the concentration, stress relief and appetite control.Truly a great product.

Not sure how I feel
When I purchased this it was hope that I would be able to try an alternative to some of the caffeine filled jitter supplements. Instead of the full dose I started with one a day and I don’t like it. It has an ingredient in it that makes me feel as I am having an anxiety/ panic attack and constant itching. Not sure which ingredient it is so I chose to stop taking. I am obviously intolerant or allergic to one or more ingredients. Not the products fault. I’m sure this product is amazing for other but not for me due to super sensitivities and allergies.
