Nice Ice Bath Tub for the price (Be Patient with setup)
This ice bath tub is a addition to a recovery routine. The size is good and the oval shape helps to not feel as cramped. The multi-layer design seems durable and well-made. Looking forward to using it after workouts to help with muscle recovery and reducing soreness. That said, the instructions were pretty difficult to follow, which made the initial setup more time-consuming than it should have been. Once I got everything figured out, though, it’s been smooth sailing. Overall, despite the learning curve during setup, this is a high-quality, portable cold plunge tub that delivers on its promise. Definitely worth it if you’re serious about recovery.

Great size, easy setup, and perfect for recovery
I’ve been really happy with this so far. It’s roomy, easy to set up, and feels sturdy once filled, which made the whole process much less intimidating than I expected. spacious and straightforward to assemble
I’ve been pleasantly surprised by how well this has worked out. It’s spacious, straightforward to assemble, and once filled it feels solid and stable — the whole setup was far less daunting than I anticipated. The oval design offers generous room to move around, which really matters when you’re trying to unwind and let your muscles recover after exercise. When I’m done using it, it folds up compactly so storage is never an issue, and it transitions easily between inside and outside — a genuinely versatile piece of kit.

No way this is the one pictured. Horrible instructions and missing parts.
Trash! Directions were awful. Missing pieces and definitely not something that’s just a “pack and play” EVER! And called in support bc I was so excited as I’ve been using an ice bath since Dec. Even if it had enough pieces of the correct sizes, it has a horrible set up for hoses and drainage. Cheap quality. Don’t buy.

Great ice bath tub for the price!
I bought this tub to enjoy the benefits of hot and cold therapy. This tub supports wide temperature range from -22°F to 140°F so it fits my purpose. The assembly was fairly straightforward. I filled with water and dumped 15 pounds of ice. The water stayed cold for hours. It was easy to drain and clean. This tub seems durable. I hope this tub lasts long.

Solid budget cold plunge. I train 5–6x a week and this has been great for post-leg day recovery.Size is good—I’m 5’10”, 190 lbs and fit comfortably sitting (not fully stretched out, but expected). Setup took under 10 minutes. It’s lightweight but holds shape fine when filled.Insulation is okay—keeps water cold long enough for a 10–15 min session, but you’ll need ice each time. Materials feel mid-tier, not premium, but decent for the price. Confusing assembly, good product
The product itself is great! Not large enough for a bigger adult sized human, but perfect for a dog bath! Assembly is very confusing, & the vague instructions are almost useless… but once you figure out how it should be, set up isn’t horrible.

worked well for us
This ice tub is very convenient! The instructions were a bit tricky to get through at first but once you figured out what you were doing this went together pretty well. I love how compact it is for storing when you’re not using it. We aren’t super tall and were able to fit comfortably in it with just barely bending our knees. We live in the northeast and so the temp has not gotten hot yet and the ice has lasted longer than each of us did in it. We haven’t had it long but the materials feel like they’ve got potential to last.
