Ring works well; excellent customer support
The original ring I received would not maintain a charge. I contacted the seller a couple of times – they were very responsive. They have sent me a new ring and it’s working well for basic daily stats. I don’t use Gesture Control or Notification so I can’t speak to those features.

Waterproof
I have seen questions on if this ring is water proof. I recently lost my ring in an ice chest where it set for 3+ days. When I emptied the chest I found the ring, charged it up and it works perfectly.

This is an awesome device! It is easy to connect with my phone and capable of tracking all sorts of health information; sleep quality, body temp.,oxygen levels, heart rate, etc.For the price, you cannot beat it. You can even wear it in the water! It is very durable, not a fashion ring, but a very nice band. I only remove mine when charging the battery. Battery life is very good.

I’ve experimented with dozens of watches and rings…this ring exceeds my expectations!The Qring app reporting is extraordinary; an abundance of info and allows scrolling to prior days.Sleep tracking is by far the most accurate compared to the devices I’ve tested.Heart rate monitoring can be adjusted from 5 to 60 minutes.Tracks about 200 different sporting activities.I know this ring is a keeper and I’ve only used it for a week.

The finish on the ring is better than name brand rings
I’m mainly using this ring to track my steps and exercise but it also does so much more! I’m not sure about the accuracy for my amount of steps but the numbers sound good to me!! It’s so light I barely know it’s there. I was worried about scratches and whatnot marring the finish of the ring because I read that is a problem with the much pricier rings, but after wearing my ring now for a month or so, there are no scratches or dents and the finish is as beautiful as the day I got it!! If you’re like me and you’re looking for a ring to track steps, exercise, and even sleep, this ring is perfect and a LOT less expensive than those name brands!!!
