Really easy to use and relaxing. I like that it combines 660nm red light and 850nm infrared for both skin and muscle benefits. My skin looks a bit more refreshed, and it helps with minor soreness too. Takes consistency, but worth it for at-home self-care.

This works really well. I put it on a pain area and within 15 minutes the pain was gone. And was gone for hours. I love the heat part of it. Very adaptable. You can leave it on the stand or you can take it off and lay on it or put it on a pain area. Highly recommend

Good quality and portable
I love this red light therapy lamp. Its compact, easy to use and I feel like it might actually be helping my inflammation a bit. I still need to do more research, maybe there is a more effective way to use it but its a great value so far and I definitely think its worth a try! So many uses!

Broken
Broke immediately, opened the short stand and the leg fell off, got it assembled and tried to unscrew from the tall stand and the connector popped off between adjustable arm and actual stand and looks like the connector is stripped so cannot support the panel without falling out.

I bought this for my boss, and she loves it! She said it’s very sturdy, and she uses it on both her scalp and abdomen (to heal from surgery). Her husband is going to try it on his knees, as well. Great purchase at a great price overall!
