Why won’t my thermometer connect to Wi-Fi?
Ensure the WiFi thermometer is within 32.8ft(10m) of the router in open areas using 2.4GHz WiFi (5GHz unsupported).
Can this wifi thermometer be used outdoors?
No, the temperature sensor is not waterproof.
How to Switch Between °C and °F
1. Go to Settings in the app and select your preferred temperature unit (°C/°F).
2. Double-click the reset button on the device at the same time.
3. The temperature unit will be synchronized instantly on both the device screen and the app.
Is the thermometer bound to a single phone/app? Or can it be shared with family?
It can be shared with family. Please connect the wifi temperature sensor to 1 Tuya/Smart Life account, then log in with the same account on multiple phones.

It’s smaller than I thought. Smaller than a credit card. So far seems to work great!! I’m using it in my camper to monitor heat in it for my dogs. Cheaper than a Waggle app!!

It is a small device so it does make it easy set on a shelf or use the adhesive for mounting.It captures the temperature and humidity values for 24 hr period. It also has alarm for a high or low value if that is important for your application.

Poor Battery Life
Seems to read accurately and is a good price, but sucks up batteries pretty fast. I’ve had to change the batteries twice a month. I just put brand new batteries in 2 weeks ago and it’s already dead.

this thing is garbage!! They are charging my credit card account by the month and I purchased a yearly plan which doesn’t even work. They never notify me the temperature when it goes above set temp. There’s no way of contacting anybody.Don’t be scammed like I was!
