Love it! Not a flimsy cheap red light; it’s a solid, sturdy, powerful little unit with an industrial strength cord. It has both Red and NIR light you can run individually or together with an easy touch screen timer, up to 30 minutes, and power settings, from P1-P5. I take it on trips and use it during meditation. I even loved the green lens, wrap-around, “sun” glasses. Glad I found this one!
