Very helpful for spot treatment of areas that are easy to hold the light to, for instance, hands. I hold it in my hands with the light facing the palm, and it really helps with hand inflammation in that area.

Good little tool, not sure I’d trust it as a main light while camping but good to keep to hand for getting up through the night or as a backup camping tool being so small it would take barely any space and us very light. Easy to use with simple light switch and good value for money. Not sure about the pain relief theory yet, but definitely feel the warmth when using it on old injuries.
