Good quality unit
Too new to give any reliability opinion, but initially it seems to work very well. Several attachments allow use on different muscle groups in different ways. Has enough power to make you hurt. Recommend using at an angle to prevent it from hitting so hard. Recharges with a simple usb cord and charger making it convenient. Overall, very happy with it.

Quality Product that Does the Job
I was a little skeptical prior to ordering the product. I’ve had a theragun mini and have tried out some full sized “reputable” massage guns at friends’ houses. To my satisfaction, this product has exceeded all expectations. The battery life has been excellent thus far. The massage gun will turn off after 10 minutes even if you change the speed setting but that’s not a problem. I like that it does this so that I know I’m not using it for longer than I should. It’s been great for easing the knots in my trapezius. I do a lot of heavy exercises along with long runs and the muscles feel less sore using the massager gun post workouts. It’s fairly lightweight and is not very noisy, even at the highest speed setting. It comes with a case which makes it easy to travel with and also helps to organize all the attachments. Its performance is certainly on par with the more expensive and better known massage guns.

Broke after 2 months, but replacement has lasted!
Update: 2026. After what felt like a full emotional journey of unanswered messages, the CS team finally replied. Replacement showed up and it’s still going strong, like it has something to prove. Customer service may have tested my patience, but this massage gun absolutely worked out every ounce of that stress and then kept going for fun.Device won’t charge. I worked once. Then I didn’t need it for a month, tried charging it and it will not charge. Lights flash red like it’s charging for a few seconds then shuts off. I tried multiple times to contact customer service and I get no response. Absolute waste of money!

Does the job well, a perfect buy if you can get it for under $100
This massager is regularly “discounted” at around 100, and you can often find a coupon for it on top of that. If you can get it for around 70-80 then you should jump on it.When I first got the Renpho, I was concerned. Out of the case, the gun feels super light. I have an M3 and compared to that, it feels flimsy. The truth is, this thing has just as much power, but also has the torque to not stop up when you hit a hard or awkward spot. The weight change comes from the battery, I honestly believe the M3 has a better battery life and you can feel it in the weight of the unit. However, unless you are going to be massaging yourself for extended periods of time, it shouldn’t be an issue.With all things that work with motors, the main test is going to be how long it lasts before the motor gives out. I’ll update if it dies freakishly fast, but for now I’ve been using it once or twice a day on my quads and knee tendons and have nothing but praise. In this price range, in my opinion, this is the massage gun to get.

It really works
I was doubtful this would really help my sore neck and back, I’ve tried others in the past along with shiatsu massage, but my husband’s physical therapist recommended it. Works well. Didn’t take long to charge. Avoid hitting a bone, that feels weird, but the deep tissue massage is great and easy to use on your own neck and back. Nice carrying case.

Stopped working after not a lot of use. Low quality
I should have read the reliability reviews. There were much cheaper brands, but thought I’d spend more on this one assuming it was a quality unit- not so. It was used very little since we got it- maybe 10-15 hours total and now it’s toast. It started rattling loudly, piston part must have detached internally, because it stopped working and the control panel was now red instead of blue.

I’ve tried a few on Amazon, and have had horrible luck I guess with the ones I’ve purchased as they haven’t been working on arrival..that being said..not only was this brand working on arrival, it’s been amazing ever since (over three months), no issues whatsoever, the batter lasts a very long time and the attachments are all of good quality and so is the gun. I do wish there was a way for users to use a massage gun on their back without the need of someone else’s help but that’s another story.Excellent battery life, works perfectly (3 months and no issues), great quality gun, attachments and carrying bag. Would 100% recommend.
