fabulously as described
large big guy did not crunch under my might. Gets the job done and holds up like new so far. After a good few uses i can say this roller is sturdy and hasn’t crumpled or torn as i worried initially comparing the material and price to others.

The quality of the product was so poor that no human would have allowed it to pass quality control. The only logical explanation is that quality control was undertaken by AI. It has a larger diameter at the ends, is not straight and only stands at an angle. A one star rating is too high.

You may have to order this item several times to get a good one!!!! BUYER BEWARE! I wasn’t sure how to rate this. I would have put 5 stars if I had gotten what I originally ordered. I wanted to dock at least something for the hassle and poor quality that was sent to me on my first 2 orders. If you are patient and willing to risk it, the end result was worth it for me. ROLLER REVIEW: The foam roller itself is firm, but not too firm. I use mine to work my core/back muscles using exercises with the foam roller. I lay on the foam roller with my back and like how it’s not too hard on my muscles. I had ordered another brand before moving on to try this one and that initial one was too hard on my back -it hurt to use. This one feels nice. The issue was, I had to order this item 3 times before getting what was represented. PHOTOS: I have included photos to show the difference in the rollers i received from this company. You can see in the first photo with the 3 foam rollers, the one I kept (on the far left), is what was represented on their listing. The first and second roller I received were defective (shown on the right) -they had creases spanning the length of the roller, which didn’t allow it to roll properly. The roller would get hung up on the dented side. I need my roller to be able to roll properly for the exercises I use it for. The second and third photo show the creases in each of the defective rollers. Very strange to have such a difference in quality from one to another.

Was expecting a cylinder shape from top to bottom but it flaired at both ends. It was usable but not like I have been using in therapy and not like the picture.

Length was great but definitely NOT firm like the listing states. After one use it is already deformed. My husband uses it to stretch after working out, it shouldn’t have crushed under the weight on one leg.
