A great built Red Light BO-1200 XL model
Just received this a couple of days ago. However, It’s a keeper. This unit is very heavy and well built. Comes with the base stand, and very easy to assemble, and sturdy. I emailed the company, as no phone number for a owner’s mannual PDF to read prior to purchase, they sent me one in less than 24 hours. Some reviews say the base has sharp edges? Mine was very well built / sturdy, no sharp edges to be found, very painted. It is very, very bright, I purchased an extra dark red light glasses that work great

Good red LED therapeutic panel
This for me was a beginner introduction to the red LED craze that I have been seeing and I felt this product is a good start. It is a large panel to emit a fairly large output of red bright LED to let your body or whatever part of your body experience the therapeutic effects. The machine itself comes in parts so putting it together out of the box was a little bit of a surprise. The item is white and red and has a few sharp edges if not careful when assembling. Annoying is hte lack of battery when the 23V weird size is not included. It has local controls so we will see if I need to go buy a battery at all.Rest this thing on the ground and be prepared to sit on the ground with it as a result. For me thats my decision. Ypu can put this on a table etc but I dont want this thing to ever fall as it is a pricy investment. So far I appreciate the amount of LED power and effect Wear those goggles because this thing is bright.

Loving this device!
I was going broke doing red light therapy at a health service center. So I decided to set up in my home and I could not be happier. I now have the privacy and convenience of benefiting from red light in my home. The best part: my frequency of red light has picked way up. Now, it is only one panel unlike what I was used to at the health center (which had 8 panels, making it full body). I will save up to buy another and I think with 2 panels, I will have sufficient body coverage.

Bontanny BO-600
I ordered the Bontanny Model BO-600 panel, and I haven’t had any issues with it. It can be used as a stand-alone unit, or you can hang it over a door. Since the cord is only about 5 feet long, I haven’t been able to find a good spot to hang it. So, I’ve been using it attached to its stand. It has a handle at the top of the back side that makes it easy to carry.On its stand, I measured this panel at approximately 22.5 inches tall. It features 120 lights that offer red light and near-infrared light. You can use both types of light alone or together, and the panel came with protective eye goggles and a case to keep them clean and dust-free between sessions. You can control the panel with buttons at the upper right side, or you can use the remote (which requires an A23 battery that is not included).The manual suggests treatment times and types of light for various scenarios. You can choose a treatment time of 1 to 30 minutes in whole-minute increments.This is my second Bontanny panel, and both of them have been great. They are well-built and attractive units. My other panel is a smaller tabletop version that is convenient, but this panel obviously covers a larger area during one session. Plus, it offers additional wavelengths as well.

Not my first, but it is the best.
This isn’t my first Red Light Therapy (RLT) device…but it is certainly the largest I’ve owned. Most others were designed to target specific areas, like the face or back. One of my favorites is a glove that relieves some of the pain in my hands and wrists. THIS one, however, is a whole ‘nuther thing. It’s a very large tower full of rows and rows of red and infrared lights. There are 120 dual-chip LED lights in all! I don’t know exactly what that means, but I can tell you it’s BRIGHT, at least on the Red Light setting. You don’t see the light when using Near Infrared alone. Both settings are effective, at least in my experience so far. I’ve been using it to relieve some lower back and shoulder pain, and I started noticing improvement from only my second session.This LED tower comes with a power cord with a 3-pin plug that plugs directly into a wall socket. No messing around with adapters, thankfully. With safety in mind, the cord isn’t very long, so that might be a consideration when choosing where to use this device. And that brings me to one of my favorite things about this tower: it comes with its own stand! Most other LED panels I’ve seen have to be hung on the wall–permanently, in some cases. And this panel can be hung, if that’s your preference, but I love that it can stand on its own, too! That way I can sit or stand or lie in front of it to treat whatever area of my body needs it. It’s heavy, but it sits very securely in its stand, so I don’t have any real fears of its tipping over. And this panel comes with a remote control so that you can position yourself some distance away from it and still operate with ease.The manual that comes with this light tower is surprisingly helpful, too. That is a rare thing these days, so I certainly appreciate it. It not only describes the ins and outs of this device, as well as a few others made by the same company, it also informs you of the clinically proven benefits of red light at 600 nanometers, which is better for skin and more superficial treatments, and near infrared light at 850 nanometers, which can penetrate further, so is better suited for deeper muscle recovery and relief from joint inflammation and pain. It even has suggested treatment plans for various conditions. There are plans for Skin Health, Joint and Arthritis Pain, Sleep and Circadian Rhythm, Weight Loss, Muscle Recovery, Brain Health and Cognitive Function, Thyroid Function, and even one to Boost Testosterone! The manual really does cover almost everything, which is fantastic. I strongly recommend reading it.While this device is relatively expensive, I do think it is worth the purchase because it can treat such a wide variety of painful conditions and ailments, including some skin problems. It would be a great investment for the whole family since each person could use it according to their own needs. It’s a well made practical and effective device, so I think you’d get your money’s worth in whole-body wellness and pain relief!
